Program Overview
The Leadership Readiness Program is a six-month, work-based leadership development journey designed to facilitate a smooth transition to manager tittles.
First line managers play a pivotal role in translating organizational strategy into day-to-day execution yet, many professionals are promoted into management roles based on technical competence rather than leadership capability, leaving them underprepared for the people management responsibilities they must undertake.
This program bridges that gap through a blend of classroom learning, reflective practice and peer learning. Participants immediately apply every learning module within their own departments, ensuring measurable improvements in leadership effectiveness and business performance.
The program enables participants to become confident leaders who inspire people, make sound decisions, build high-performing teams, and consistently deliver organizational results.
