COURSE OBJECTIVE
The ACI Operations Certificate has been
designed to cover the basic competence
skills for the new entrants in the roles of
Back and Middle Office environments.
Taking into consideration the wider job
function of staff in the Treasury Operations
Department, the course has been built
to provide a benchmark for competency
in all aspects of the operations and
settlement processes. It aims to enhance
candidates’ knowledge of the underlying
instruments involved in the international
financial markets, the processes for
efficient settlements as well as related
basic financial calculations.
