Alliance of African Institutes of Bankers (AAIOB) – the UIB & FS is also a member of the AAIOB, a continental body that brings together sister institutes within the continent. Under the AAIOB, member institutes are working out a programme that will lead to the development of a common syllabus for all of them. Member institutes include those of: Zambia, Botswana, South Africa, Ghana, Sudan, Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Egypt, Somalia, Ethiopia, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, & Malawi.
