Limited proper guidance and quality training have been key setbacks in Professional career development in Uganda. UIBFs has been very Instrumental in addressing these gaps as far as Banking and Financial Services Industry in Uganda is entailed.
During one of the Fundamental courses at the Institute, in care of its seasoned Tutors, I was yet guided to ACI Dealing Certificate Course, a prerequisite to a Professional career in Treasury.
In brief, my enrolment for the ACI Dealing Certificate that I would later complete was fundamental in being singled out for an opportunity in the Treasury Department of the Bank that says, “Go for it”.
